Bob's experience in law, business, leadership and global cultures brings a unique perspective to his practice of law and his passion to support the international and immigrant community and their families.*
Bob has lived and served around the world. In law and business, he has lived and worked in Madrid, Spain, Mexico City and Monterrey, Mexico, New York, St. Louis, Las Vegas, Atlanta and Washington, DC. He has managed sales, service and technical organizations and companies operating in Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Chile, Canada, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, South Africa and Venezuela. While living in Monterrey, Mexico and then New York City, Bob was President and CEO of a Mexican/American/Canadian company serving international and immigrant clients throughout the world. He has also traveled extensively for business in Europe, Australia and the Far East.
Bob is very active in his local Methodist Church, a historic church that serves the hungry and homeless in our community, and which is involved in a yearly mission to Guatemala. He is an adjunct professor of law and philosophy at Strayer University and teaches English as a Second Language (ESL).

Steve's experience spans over 40 decades handling civil, criminal, corporate and immigration cases in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Steve is a graduate of American University and The George Washington University School of Law.
With an established reputation as an aggressive trial lawyer, Steve brings diligence, passion, persistence and a creative approach to each case. He thrives on team-building in working together with other attorneys to prepare the best possible defense for his clients, and now brings this broad experience as Of Counsel to The Law Offices of Robert K. Lacy.
Steve has been admitted to the Virginia State Bar, the Bar Association of Washington DC, the Colorado State Bar, the Supreme Court of Virginia, U.S. Immigration Courts, the Federal Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. In 2001, he was named to Top Lawyers in Virginia, recognized for Highest Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence.
